Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must also provide a valid Philippine government-issued ID — accepted documents include a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or UMID card.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active PAGCOR account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact PAGCOR support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PAGCOR account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PAGCOR will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified PAGCOR of unauthorized access.
PAGCOR is required by Philippine law and its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit copies of your government-issued ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. PAGCOR reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
PAGCOR accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PAGCOR does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your PAGCOR account.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your PAGCOR account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing times. PAGCOR does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. PAGCOR reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to change.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the PAGCOR platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). PAGCOR does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the player's sole responsibility.
PAGCOR offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if PAGCOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PAGCOR's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PAGCOR account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The PAGCOR platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PAGCOR makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond PAGCOR's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions for which PAGCOR shall not be liable.
PAGCOR collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the PAGCOR platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. PAGCOR complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

PAGCOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
You may close your PAGCOR account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
