Account & Registration

Creating a PAGCOR account is straightforward. Head to the PAGCOR website and click the Register button. You'll be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a secure password. After submitting your details, you'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. You'll then need to complete identity verification (KYC) before you can make your first deposit. The whole process typically takes less than 10 minutes.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on PAGCOR. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR's platform rules. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process — you will need to submit a valid government-issued ID showing your date of birth. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one active PAGCOR account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents — is a violation of PAGCOR's Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact support.

On the PAGCOR login page, click Forgot Password. Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't access your account, contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered mobile number and we'll verify your identity manually.

Some details like your email address and mobile number can be updated directly from your account settings after completing an additional verification step. However, legal name and date of birth cannot be changed once your KYC has been approved, as these are tied to your verified identity. If you believe there is an error in your verified details, contact our support team with supporting documentation.
Identity Verification (KYC)

PAGCOR accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for identity verification:
  • Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
  • Driver's License (LTO)
  • Passport
  • UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
  • SSS / GSIS ID
  • Voter's ID
  • PRC ID
You will need to upload a clear photo or scan of the front and back of your chosen ID, along with a selfie holding the ID. Make sure all text is legible and the photo is well-lit.

Most KYC submissions are reviewed and approved within 24 to 48 hours on business days. During peak periods, it may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your verification is complete. If your submission is rejected, the email will explain why and what you need to resubmit. Make sure your documents are clear, unexpired, and match the personal details you provided at registration.

Common reasons for KYC rejection include: blurry or low-resolution document photos, expired IDs, documents that don't match the name or date of birth on your account, or a selfie that doesn't clearly show both your face and the ID. Re-upload your documents making sure they are clear, well-lit, and fully visible. If you continue to have issues, contact our support team for assistance.
Deposits

PAGCOR supports the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players:
  • GCash — instant deposits via your GCash wallet
  • PayMaya (Maya) — instant deposits via your Maya account
  • BPI Online Banking — bank transfer via BPI
  • BDO Online Banking — bank transfer via BDO
  • Metrobank Online — bank transfer via Metrobank
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No foreign currency conversion is needed.

The minimum deposit on PAGCOR is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though players who have set a deposit limit through our responsible gaming tools will be subject to their chosen limit.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your PAGCOR account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take between 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing speed. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

PAGCOR does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. PAGCOR has no control over third-party payment provider fees.
Withdrawals

Log in to your PAGCOR account and navigate to the Cashier section, then select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: 1–3 hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
Withdrawals are reviewed by our finance team before processing. Most requests submitted before 5:00 PM are processed the same day. Requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount on PAGCOR is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional verification as part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
Bonuses & Promotions

PAGCOR offers a welcome bonus for new players upon completing registration and making their first deposit. Bonus details, including the match percentage and minimum deposit requirement, are displayed on the promotions page. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.

Yes. If you prefer to play without bonuses — for example, if you want to withdraw your winnings without meeting wagering requirements — you can opt out of all bonus offers through your account settings under Responsible Gaming > Marketing Preferences. Responsible Gaming

If you want to increase a limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies to prevent impulsive decisions. Decreasing a limit takes effect right away. Self-exclusion can be requested through Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion. You can choose a period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, your account will be suspended within 24 hours and you will not be able to log in or create a new account using the same identity documents.
