GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank account references (we do not store full bank account numbers or card numbers);

Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data PAGCOR holds about you, as well as information about how it is being processed. We will respond to access requests within fifteen (15) business days.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. You may update certain account details directly through your PAGCOR account settings.

Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to PAGCOR's legal retention obligations under Philippine law.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests where your rights override those interests.

Children's Privacy

Strict 21+ Policy: The PAGCOR platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account and delete the data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to PAGCOR, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 15. We will take prompt action to investigate and, where confirmed, delete the data and close the account.

Section 13

Cross-Border Data Transfers
